  • Does anyone feel qualified to extend the article to include details of the conversion from Roux-en-Y to DS, which is apparently feasible but difficult? It is an option for those patients who have undergone conservative Roux-en-Y and managed to lose an amount of weight, but not sufficient to bring their BMI down to a more healthful level.
