Overly detailed? Two sentences?[edit]

The entire article is:

The Ducati 959 Panigale is a 955cc[1] sport bike manufactured by Ducati.[2][3] It was announced by Ducati in 2015 for the 2016 model year.

Two sentences. What does one trim from that to satisfy the too much intricate detail problem?

Is it the use of {{Infobox motorcycle}}? "Excessive listings of statistics"? I don't see how a motorcycle stub can avoid this problem. It's a stub: all infobox, no prose. It already has a {{motorcycle-stub}} tag. Stubs are the tiny acorns from which grow the mighty sequoia. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 07:07, 22 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
