If radius to center of ring is R, and ring wire radius is r, then inner ring radius is 2(pi)(R-r), outer ring radius is 2(pi)(R+r), the total force is F=(gamma)[(2)(pi)(R+r)+(2)(pi)(R-r)] = (gamma)(4)(pi)(R)[reply]

This is independent of the wire diameter. The correction factor f is still needed, of course.
