Herp Derp[edit]

I'm gonna undo the most recent edit claiming DERP is going to merge with a "HERP" (Health Education Review Project). There is no evidence for this on the net, despite a lot of looking, and herp derp is slang for people with mental disabilities, so this looks almost certainly like a hoax. Feel free to restore on the off-chance that it's not spam, I think it needs a really good citation if so. But this looks almost certainly like idiocy. The change was made by an only-edit IP. I considered adding citation-needed, but I'm 99.9% certain this is a hoax.
