I am starting a bibliography page for this project and gathering sources online and from my institution's library. Though this is still a work in progress, I invite any comments and suggestions for additional sources or revisions to my current list. Thank you! Peer Review Assignment:
Excellent job on your edits so far! It seems that you are on track, according to your work plan. The article flows well and is easy to read.
Two things you are doing a great job on include:
- Writing in a clear, coherent and logic manner
- Including new and interesting information for drains in the "Use and Management" section
Two things you could continue to address include:
- Including citations as you are writing whenever possible - this is particularly important for the paragraphs " The routine use of drains for surgical procedures is diminishing..." and "Accurate recording of the volume of drainage..." since they present implications for management.
- Consider breaking down lists or paragraphs into subsections and bullet points to facilitate reading. This could be done for the "Types of Drains" section, with some kind of logical grouping.
As we've also discussed in our work groups, adding more images where possible would be ideal but can certainly be very challenging.
Keep up the awesome work! GP2b3a (talk) 20:29, 10 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the wonderful advice! I completely agree on adding citations, organizing lists or paragraphs into logical subsections, and adding images. I have a plan in place for acquiring more images, and I will input citations by the conclusion of the week. Canine Snow (talk) 15:59, 17 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
