Extreme working hours[edit]

In the "Career" section it says that with so few people, including Dorothy, who knew how to properly run the machines, "It was necessary for those people to work three eight-hour shifts every day for several weeks". This seems to mean that those persons literally, individually, worked round the clock without any sleep for several weeks? (3x8=24 hours) :)

Also, there's a problem with the caption to the black-and-white photo. It says that Dorothy and Elsie are seen operating a Colossus Mk 2. The photo is dated to 1943, elsewhere I've seen the date "December 1943" - but the Mk 2 didn't become operational until just before D-Day in the early summer of 1944. So the machine in the photo is most likely a Mk 1. 188.150.64.57 (talk) 03:03, 5 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
