Biography???[edit]

Someone just considered this silly article a biography. I initially created this stub (hoping someone would expand it some day) with the intention that it be about a concept. It is not about any particular person. Hellno2 20:00, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is important to realize that Wikipedia is not finished, and many, in fact most article could use a lot of improvement. It would be great if you could improve this one. I originally created it only because there was a red link in another article I had worked on a lot, and I felt readers of that article should know what this was. Oppose. It's not a proper noun. Our convention is not to capitalize article titles unless they are always capitalized in running text. This one is "diversion program", not "Diversion Program". Jafeluv (talk) 07:21, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
