1998 or 1898?[edit]

"one of the oldest municipalities...officially formed on July 6, 1998..." Are the authors sure of this date? I know that Dhamtari existed as a town or city at least as early as 1909. 1898 would be more plausible, unless municipalities were not formed as such until much later. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.171.242.21 (talk) 22:43, 25 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
