--Maybe reference to URDG 758 would be a "must" in International Trade section? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.119.85.99 (talk) 12:57, 7 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Untitled[edit]

What, are you kidding me? What about the notes? The references are from professional law reviews and case law. What is a reliable source??? An internet link!!!!!

--This page seems incomplete.

•a distinction between Standby-Letter-Of-Credit and Demand Guarantee is mentioned in the first paragraph, but thereafter never further explained.
•there is very little detail regarding the actual contract and it's construction.
•the style is confusing: it mixes terms and uses circular sentences that seem to go no where
•under the second section the types of risks are mentioned, but only one is mentioned: jurisdictional risk. It seems as though the writer said the same thing 6 different times in six slightly different ways, leaving the reader by the time he has arrived at the ending feeling as if he has run in circles six times and arrived only 3 steps further in his understanding than what was said in the first explanation. —Preceding unsigned comment added by FreedomFreedom (talkcontribs) 22:06, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
