Who gets the autonomy?[edit]

It is only the profit oriented Trust and Management that gets the autonomy eventually. Unfortunately the autonomy do not even trickles down to the teachers in these institutions constraining them with no scope for a meaningful career. Decades of autonomy has not even produced one good teacher! However a ill educated son and daughter of the Chairman portray themselves as Vice Chancellors and Deans with no trouble!!
