Can be, but often isn't[edit]

yes, it "can be", but in the majority of countries with monarchies it is not, perhaps this would be more accurate and precise if it was describing, "kingdoms in the UK", or something similar? David Woodward (talk) 10:33, 10 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
