Would someone please erase the page?[edit]

Hi! I have allowed myself to remove the contents previously stored in this page, and move them to "Dead or Alive (band)" main page. I don't know if it's the case to leave this page of the sole discography here, even because no link anymore exists now re-directing towards it. So, what about erasing it completely? I cannot do it, and I do not even know if I may, but even in this case, I literally wouldn't know how to do it, so, would someone please cancel this page? I've restored the page anyway - there was no reason to remove its contents in the first place. If you're going to make a huge, sweeping change like this to either the main DoA article or their discography, please discuss it on Talk Pages first. - eo 19:54, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm really sorry. I didn't think I couldn't do that. But I knew that there's a certain policy encouraging the union of pages dealing with the same, or very similar things, that's why I did. Promising that I shall always discuss about these huge changes before making them in the future, could I please know why two pages should exist, when usually a discography is set within the page itself of the related artist or band? P.S. By the way, I swept the change coming from the creation ex novo of Dead or Alive page in the Italian Wikipedia, where I consistently made up a one page, both including the history/biography paragraphs and sub-paragraphs, and the template discography of the band. I'd like to know the reason for the separation of the two pages in the English version, not for a matter of empty, useless, unpolite criticism, but just because I would really like to do a good, professional job, and if I get to understand the motives that pushed either the first or the main editor, or whomever else to do so, I might ultimately do a better job, I think... No need for apologies, many, many music artists have their discographies separated simply because their main articles are starting to get too long.... if you click on the "Category:Discographies" link at the bottom of the page you'll see really how many artists have a discography page.... seems to make sense for bands who have a good number of albums and singles to their credit. Japanese charts[edit]

The unsourced statement I removed was lacking a verifiability. According to the official site of the Oricon, the Western rock group with the most number-one is Bon Jovi, who have ever topped the chart 5 times.[1]Here is the list of the albums that were recorded by Western artists and reached number-one on the Japan's Oricon charts. (Where is the album by Dead or Alive? When did they gain such a striking success?)
