Corporate Bias (POV)[edit]

It appears the original contributor of this article (responsible for the bulk of the existing content), Swintrob, is Suzanne Wintrob of DataMirror, Corporate Communications. -- Robocoder (talk | contribs) 15:32, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is really a case of the wikipedia community being "holier than thou". Come on the "claims" of this pubic company have been verified by third party accountants and auditors. The customer counts and office locations are accurate. Clear example of bias by the wikipedia police. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 72.136.26.232 (talkcontribs) .
Perhaps this user would like to mention that they work for Datamirror, rather than commenting anonymously. It's easy to respond to your complaint: If the claims of this pubic, or even public company have been verified, then provide the verification requested by wikipedia policy. If you are unwilling, or too lazy, to follow the terms and conditions wikipedia requests of users, then perhaps you should stop editing on this site. See WP:MS. --Saganaki- 02:31, 16 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Anonymous, please refer to Wikipedia's 5 Pillars. The DataMirror article was already justifiably tagged advert before I added the equally justified pov tag. Wikipedia does not restrict DataMirror's freedom to publicize its company and products. However, any content contributed to Wikipedia is subject to Wikipedia's policies, guidelines, and guiding principles. This includes being mercilessly edited. -- Robocoder (t|c) 17:05, 16 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
