Irrevelant name[edit]

The name of the Eyalet was Tuna Vilayeti. It seems the name has been translated to Danube. I don't think translating proper nouns is a good idea. River Danube is a well known river. But we can't say the same for the vilayet. ( When we refer to a certain Yusuf Pasha do we change the name to Joseph Pasha ?) The suggest that the name of this article be moved to Tuna Eyaleti.
