User:笔尖留痕, Is Pätiqan Sügirbayev (Chinese: zh:帕提汗·苏古尔巴也夫, Kazakh: Пәтіқан Сүгірбаев) Governor of Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture November 1954 – June 1955 his son?--Kaiyr (talk) 04:05, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Nusipkhan Konbay is a male. How can Dalelkhan Sugirbayev's son marry to Nusipkhan Konbay?--Kaiyr (talk) 09:00, 1 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Fair question. Perhaps @ContinentalAve, who wrote the original version, might have some insight? --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 15:41, 1 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I am definitely not an expert, but reading link 10 (the Beijing Cream), it would appear likely (to me, anyway) that the son of the martyr referenced would have married the daughter of the colonel who became governor, rather than the colonel... --Autokefal Dialytiker (talk) 16:06, 12 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
