Clarity and Source of Article's Third Sentence[edit]

The third sentence of this article seems vague, but I've found it repeated verbatim in a few sites I've read.

Yahoo biz calls a "true tragedy", a company brought down by the actions of a single employee. [1][2][3]

Since Yahoo! has a copyright notice at the bottom of the referred page, would even a comment containing a link to it be some sort of violation? I'm certain the Answers.com page is safe--it has a "wiki" link above the story. The "freepages" link I'm less certain about, but the story there is nearly identical to the Wikipedia one. (I've hidden a section of my comment with the Yahoo! link. I'll either reinstate or delete it, depending on whether we're allowed to use Yahoo! Finance as a source. Please note also; I've had no luck making the nofollow HTML attribute work for me. I'll keep working on that.)
