Copyright protection.

How is it possible that Walt Disney's tireless lobbying in Congress to extend timeframes for the Copyright Act is not mentioned here. There is extensive material already on Wikipedia about the "Mickey Mouse Protection Act" (The Sonny Bono Copyright Protection Act)m but no mention of it here? Many people believe that Walt Disney has done great damage to creativity in America because of this. Andy Warhol would have been able to produce virtually none of his work if this had been in effect in the 60s. But no mention. Insane. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.172.40.53 (talk) 00:33, 5 January 2014 (UTC)

Bias in article

This article has several places where it is not taking a neutral POV. This is very noticeable on the section about the parks. It calls a critic a liar and unfair, and matches his article. It appears that some of these have been on this article for years. I don't know much about this person, so I won't try to edit this, but this needs to be fixed. LucasArts.

Disney got hopes up when they purchased LucasArts, only to shut them down, lay off the entire staff, & cancel the anticipated Star Wars 1313. On the other side, with Disney's modern lineup of social & mobile games that don;t live up to the standards of Disney's games from the 90s, a lot of people are terrified at what they might do with LucasArts franchises, especially Tales of Monkey Island, due to the fact that Pirates of the Caribbean only exists because Disney couldn't get the rights to make a Monkey Island movie & recycled a script of it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.135.167.21 (talk) 05:49, 17 April 2013 (UTC)

"I'm hereby boycotting Disney for the purchase of Star Wars, and other monopoly, and unethical decisions.
The thought of a hidden Mickey, or other "Easter eggs" in a Star Wars film, on top of having no faith in Disney to produce a film worthy of the designation of "Episode VII" has pushed me too far.
I will not give you a penny, not even for Star Wars items. And, I will create my own story of what comes next, free of Disney.
Either reverse this horrible decision, or you better damn well hope you can produce something that can hook Star Wars fans."

Wage Fixing

No Disney article makes mention of the recent wage-fixing scandal of which Disney is a central player. This is a gross oversight. This is notable. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.108.225.48 (talk) 11:09, 5 November 2014 (UTC)
