Cristina is the correct spelling of her name, and the common Italian form.

This is the translation of a passage in http://scienzaa2voci.unibo.it/biografie/86-roccati-cristina. It really solidifies her achievements if the quote can be verified:

Gian Alberto Colombo, her professor of astronomy and mathematics at the University of Padua, compared her to Vittoria Colonna, Laura Bassi and Maria Gaetana Agnesi. (November 6, 1752.)
