Changes in criminal law[edit]

Or the changes in what society defines as a crime. Actions that were once illegal become legal (recreational use of marijuana, in some jurisdictions; sodomy), while others, once legal, become illegal (spousal rape, LSD, child pornography in Denmark). Is this treated anywhere? If not I think it should be, but I don't have the qualifications to write it myself. deisenbe (talk) 16:11, 30 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

First line[edit]

"Responsibility for criminal law and criminal justice in the United States is shared between the states and the federal government." Shouldn't that also say local, municipal and tribal governments too? Going to change that if everyone is good with that Apeholder (talk) 01:05, 27 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
