Who is Suzette?[edit]

The story is interesting, but it doesn't clarify exactly who Suzette is. Is it the girl in the story? If so, who is she, anyway? Pimlottc 21:56, 21 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know if the comment about Pinky and the Brain is absolutely neccessary to the article, but if it is, then maybe it should be added under a "Crepe Suzettes Popular Culture" heading, or something like that.--Danberbro 23:46, 20 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Earliest evidence for flambé?[edit]

What is the earliest contemporary evidence we have for flambé? I'd think we should be able to find some evidence between Escoffier (1903) and Charpentier's memoir (1934), especially since flambé dishes were around a lot earlier than 1895 (see flambé). --Macrakis (talk) 23:10, 5 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
