Blocked in Hong Kong[edit]

I accessed TPB again last week.

Pretty sure it's blocked now, though:

   $ dig thepiratebay.sx
   ...
   ;; ANSWER SECTION:
   thepiratebay.sx.	1800	IN	A	203.198.80.61

Running a whois on that IP says it belongs to Netvigator (PCCW), my ISP.

If I try to get to TPB in a web browser, I get redirected to the ISP's stup... I mean "helpful" page I get when domain names can't be resolved.

I don't want to edit the page though, in case it's just temporary. (or in case I made a mistake :P)

Links to proxies removed[edit]

These were removed because:

They fail WP:EL. Only links to the official version of a site should be given. Proxies and redirects should be avoided.
They have problems with WP:NOTHOWTO.
They lead to WP:SPAMBAIT, with everyone piling in to add their favourite proxy or VPN.

Proxies are often unreliable, while some may be outright scams and spread malware. For this reason they should not be given as links in an article.--♦IanMacM♦ ^{(talk to me)} 10:07, 14 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Eastern Europe[edit]

"Armenia, Azerbaijan" ... "Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan," .... "Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan " - last time I've checked the respective articles on these countries, they were in Asia.
