FDR couldn't have pardoned Resko in 1949. He wasn't a governor then, and he had been dead four years. I'm guessing the reference to FDR as a governor actually alludes to when Resko's death sentence was commuted. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.55.48.18 (talk) 04:57, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
