Small part copied to Electron diffraction[edit]

Not much in it which is probably enough.

I also wonder why there is no further reading, for instance Spence & Zuo, or more advanced topics such as HOLZ, GM lines, charge refinement etc. I suggest adding something along those lines in a short section. Ldm1954 (talk) 16:01, 9 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Notes[edit]

For User:Koogid, as I don't want to be duplicate editing and you may already have these:

  • Bernard Buxton worked for John Steeds, and John took the work much further so I think should be referenced.
  • 4D STEM is CBED at 0.2nm, so the 100nm for CBED is ancient. There is the much earlier work of John Cowley and also John Spence
  • John Steeds' coherent STEM is the father of 4D
  • There are a couple of nice montages from Nestor in Electron diffraction you might want to use, and a few other references
  • Remember that the discs are only roughly at "Bragg" positions

Thank you for valuable remarks. It would be great if you could add that information into the article. Koogid (talk) 16:08, 30 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
