Conscientious objection in the Czech Republic and Bulgaria[edit]

You have very rightly stated in the Czech Rep. section that the conscientious objection IS legally granted there. Since the contrary false info is all over the internet, repeated ad nauseam in one academic article after another, I really appreciate that - at the moment, Wiki seems to be the only English speaking source that has it right. Yet in the map, the false info is still present - please correct it! I would also appreciate some source for Bulgaria, haven't been able to find anything myself, except the same sources that also name the Czech Rep.
