Relationship to other cases[edit]

How is this case able to be reasonably reconciled with cases such as United States v. Lopez, 514 U.S. 549 (1995)and United States v. Morrison, , 529 U.S. 598 (2000)? Rather it would seem, at least at first impression, that there is a 10th amendment problem in the middle of all this that needs at least some treatment in the article. 108.235.248.227 (talk) 21:58, 15 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
