Pro forma COI declaration[edit]

I would like to point out the connection between my WP account name ("Carrite") and my real life identity (Tim Davenport), as I have provided an external link hosted on my own non-commercial website. There is no advertising revenue generated from traffic to this site, nor any other financial connection.
