Written or signed?[edit]

I have edited the first sentence from "...the result of the Congress of Cucuta..." to "... written during the Congress of Cucuta...". This assumes less about what "product" means than "signed at". If the constitution was signed, or was not written, by the Congress, please correct the article accordingly. -Pgan002 07:24, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
