Coddling is the same as poaching, isn't? Shouldn't this page just redirect to the poaching page?

Removed the section titled "Cooking examples". It mentioned Caesar salad and salmonella, so the title was kind of peculiar. Anyway, salmonella is covered in the coddled eggs article, and the fact that coddled eggs are a traditional ingredient in Caesar salad is covered in that article.
