Need help![edit]

There's a lot of information about this substance, but I'm having quite a bit of trouble compiling anything coherent because of my lack of background. I would like to say something about Coalite Products Limited, as I presume this is a modern name for the original company, but I can't find anything about the history of the company to confirm that. I'm going to post a plea for assistance at the above Wikiproject. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 18:02, 3 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Expanded[edit]

Expanded article abit, but not alot can be said about product without getting technical. Formed section on the company as that can be expanded with suitable refs, was subject to take over battle in the 80s which ultimately lead to the demise, partially due to the environmental legacy (Liabilities). Company was also connected to the Falkland Island company at one bit. And DDT contamination of surrounding land. (refs needed) ---BulldozerD11 (talk) 20:39, 15 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Added Information[edit]

I worked for Coalite for 33 years, first, as a supervisory chemist and later as an Instrument engineer. I have added additional information to the article but I am unfamiliar with Wikipedia conventions/procedures and cannot produce references for what is obviously insider knowledge. The facts I have added are all correct as far as I know.
