There have been a number of attempts to add mention of this artist to this page. As I read Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages), this person should be mentioned here only if there is, or could be, an article (per WP:N). A past article was deleted. If this was a bad decision, it should be challenged by offering sources and turning them into an article, not by just inserting poorly formatted mentions of the name into a disambiguation page. (If someone needs a place to work on the article while assembling the sources, a draft article can be placed as a sub-page of a User page, for example User:foo/Ramanathan).
