Need more information on Mr. Gain[edit]

Do you have any more information on Chief Gain? We are doing a documentary on Robert Shields and would like to find the person who was Chief of Police at that time, as he caused quite a buzz and was arrested a few times during Chief Gain's time as Chief Of Police in San Francisco. If he is still alive and remembers Mr. Shields (Mime who performed in Union Square and 1/2 of the 70's show "Shields & Yarnell") we would love to interview him for the Documentary.
