On this page there should be a section comparing "Cession" with "Assignment", "Novation" and "Delegation". Also, are the meanings of these terms more or less the same in countries with common law and in countries with systems based on Roman law? --Smallchanges (talk) 10:39, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
Proposed merge with Retrocession[edit]
Retrocession is a failed dab WP:PTM which either could be made into a weak WP:DABCONCEPT or better to just merge to this target and make a redirect (from related word) Widefox; talk 09:59, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
