Please explain where the recipe for "homemade" centerbe was taken, it seems sooo wrong.

"'Unsweetened' suggests that, at that time, a strictly medicinal version of Centerbe was available." Uhm... Centerbe/Centerba is actually unsweetened and it has 70% alcohol. The centerba you can drink nowadays is still the medicinal version, just with minor variations. If your centerba is sweet, it's not centerba, it is a centerba-based liquor The original recipe is known to be used by the biggest centerba producers, an industry lead by a famous family in Tocco da Casauria (PE)
