Diskette? Or cart?[edit]

Does anyone know why Atari released a disk version of this game, as well as a cart? Looking over the versions it doesn't appear that there were any differences between the versions, and as it was only around 8k, I can't think of a reason for using a disk. Any ideas? Pigs in Space[edit]
