Station to serve Castle Donington planned[edit]

"However, a new station to serve Castle Donington village which would also benefit the crowds attending the annual Download Festival at Donington Park Racetrack is planned"

I can't find any evidence that a station is currently planned, I've looked in a number of places that should have details^[1]^[2] of this but no indication that it is currently the case. Although it has been rumoured as having been planned I can't find any information that suggests anything is planned at this time or was ever firmly planned. Thus I will remove the claim.

However, I would be very interested to see something in support of this.
