Inexpertly, the close genetic relationship, between insect-eaters & plant-eaters, implies that insect-eaters sometimes bite off leaves & branches, on which they find insects, so consuming a mixed diet of insects & plants; and, over eons, some begin to prefer the foliage, to the originally-sought insects (?).66.235.38.214 (talk) 10:32, 23 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
