Comments[edit]

I think the connection between CPA6 and Duane Syndrome is a bit controversial, and citations should be provided. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20885977

In Zebrafish, CPA6 deficiency is not sufficient to affect cranial nerve pathfinding, or deficiency in eye movement.

The foundational work for that research is here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12454025

Looking to add additional information of Carboxypeptidase A along with providing a mechanism of the water-promoted catalysis with zinc. I've shown a figure of what the active site looks like of Carboxypeptidase A showing the important amino acid residues associated in the catalysis as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Reas0ns11 (talkcontribs) 03:36, 28 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Lead too long[edit]

It appears the lead is longer than the body, even. I thought about how to break this up, but I don't think I have the subject matter expertise to realize what new sections should be created or where the existing lead content could be integrated into other sections.
