Major Cities in info box

Carmel Valley

Rancho Penasquitos

Poway

Carmel Valley and Rancho Renasquitos are negiborhoods within the city and San Diego--not cities themself. Poway is not at the end of CA-56 (at I-15 merger), that is also incorrect on the info box; Poway is northeast of the end of 56; the end of 56 is well with-in San Diego city limits. -ChristopherMannMcKay 04:22, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

Not true

"Currently, all traffic going from Interstate 5 northbound to CA-56 east must use the local bypass lanes." - You can get there from taking Carmel Valley Road exit off of I-5 and then make a right, then go stright and you can get on CA-56 in about 2 minutes. You don't have to take the loval bypass... —Christopher Mann McKaytalk 06:26, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

Controversey

I noticed the line "...was originally planned in 1964 to connect to the north end of State Route 125 and continue east to State Route 67, but Poway worked to make sure that would not be possible."" I don't doubt the truth of that, but it should be sourced. Also, I'd heard that Del Mar was opposed to the route as well, but I'm still looking for sources on that. Well it's been sourced, four years later. :) --Rschen7754 22:14, 22 September 2013 (UTC)
