I have replaced the Central Intelligence Agency link in the introductory sentence per guidelines at MOS:DAB#Linking to a primary topic. If anyone thinks there should be an exception to the Manual of Style on this page, please discuss your reasons here before reverting. ExtraDry, I'm afraid I am confused by your edit summary: When there is risk of confusion the page itself should be a disambiguation page. Could you explain what you mean and how it applies here?
