Error?[edit]

I believe the following line is incorrect: "Specifically, in smooth muscle tissue, PKG phosphorylates and activates the Myosin light chain kinase which phosphorylates the regulatory myosin chains, thus initiating smooth muscle relaxation." Phosphorylation of myosin results in smooth muscle contraction. There are two mechanisms of action for PKG resulting in relaxation of smooth muscle. 1) PKG phosphorylates potassium channels, increasing their open probability resulting in hyperpolarization of the smooth muscle cell, rendering it unable to contract. 2) PKG inhibits MLCK thus rendering it unable to phosphorylate myosin.
