Date of Birth 1865 not 1868[edit]

Evidence shows that the year of birth of C. V. France given in many sources as 1868 is surely wrong. UK Census information as follows can be verified: 1871 Charles France age 5 born Bradford. 1881 Charles France age 15 born Bradford. 1891 Charles V. France age 25 born Bradford. 1901 Charles V. France age 35 (with wife Ethel A. France). Given that the censuses were in the spring, and assuming his birthday was in fact on the 30 June, his census ages would be those recorded if his birth year was 1865.
