I have tagged the article as written like an advertisement. This is because it is mostly written as if it were the organization talking about itself. Indeed, some of the text appears to have been copied from Buttle UK's web site. (For example, see "Students and Trainees Programme" and "Quality Mark for Care Leavers".) A significant improvement would be to have more content derived from secondary reliable sources, i.e. other people writing about Buttle UK, and less reliance on Buttle UK itself as a source.
