List of components in the Description section[edit]

The diagram on this page (and the standard model I have seen) has 9 components. But in the Description section of this article, 10 components are listed in the bullet points. I believe the final one – Resources – should be removed. Do you agree? Matthew C. Clarke 10:35, 13 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Why is there no "Criticisms" section?[edit]

@Pleasantville: Well, the Business Model Canvas § Alternative forms section is an implicit acknowledgment of the template's shortcomings, since so many people have created alternative versions of it, and in presenting their alternative versions the creators of the alternative versions always explain how they are improving on the original, or at least tailoring it to particular circumstances. As is mentioned in the article, see also Lean startup § Business model templates for other variations on the template. So anyone who looks up more information on these alternative versions will find some degree of criticism of the original. Biogeographist (talk) 15:48, 24 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I have also added one reference from a book chapter (Nicola & White 2013), but I could not find the right template. Please correct it if possible. I am an occasional user. Typo in "Business Model Canvas: nine business model building block" image[edit]
