Copyright explanation[edit]

Hello,

I do not know why this article is still identified as a potential copyright issue?

I have re-written the section that was questioned on a temp page.

What are the next steps to resolve this issue?

Thank you, Happy-J (talk) 00:39, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A clerk has reviewed the rewrite and notes that it is unusable. See Wikipedia:Copyright problems/2018 July 6. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 13:04, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Can someone tell me exactly what parts of this article are "unusable" so I can rewrite the section?

@Justlettersandnumbers: Can you help? — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 12:49, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Diannaa, Happy-J, sorry to have been slow to reply – I've been away. The problem I saw is that the initial version of the rewrite was mostly copied from the compromised version and also contained an unacceptable amount of copying from the source. Some but not all of that has since been removed. If the rewrite is not clean we might as well discard it and clean up the original page instead.
