Although this article is a stub with few references, I feel that it was a notable building and that many who, like me, attended the school, might like to know more of it's history. The one link I have given contains an early photograph from an archive, along with over twenty detailed comments from people who attended the school, indicating some interest. Notability is a problem for schools, yet others have argued that a paper-free encyclopedia can well afford to give space to them. Is a school really only notable if it has rugby clubs, cadet corps, or famous people, and of no significance if it has just had tens of thousands of pupils pass through it? I suggest giving others a chance to add to the story of this school. 14:58, 5 February 2011 (UTC)

I also suggest that this page is a useful link to valuable old photos I have donated to Wiki Commons which would otherwise be 'orphaned'. Lindosland (talk) 16:05, 5 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
