I recommend you add a section on the view of the common student as this is incredibly biased

Name of the School[edit]

I was schooled at this institution for many years all the way through from Years 7 to 13. During and for a short time after the switch to Academy status, the school was in the habit of referring to itself as either "Brooke Weston College", or (more recently now that the transition has been complete for some years) simply as "Brooke Weston". Certainly in any prospectuses and promotional literature that you may come across (mainly from what I have found on the website but also from personal experience), reference is only made to "Brooke Weston" rather than "Brooke Weston Academy" - even though that is its official designation. I don't know how/if that should be reflected in the article in any way but seeing the name "Brooke Weston Academy" used as the name of the school is what originally drew my attention. --  Newty  19:10, 11 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Academic performance section[edit]

I think this should be significantly condensed - it looks like the school is writing it or the stats are being copy-and-pasted from the school website. And because of this, it's very difficult to gauge trends or quickly judge how good the results are. I'm not sure how this could be fixed though - maybe a table? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.212.165.199 (talk) 16:08, 2 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, agreed. The text for this section looks as if it has been closely paraphrased from the school's press releases. Tacyarg (talk) 20:49, 16 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
