Name of article[edit]

I created this page because most of the documents lack a page of their own, though I'm slowly trying to fix that. "Techincal Manuals" is how National Rail refer to the ones their website mentions. It seems a fair title, but there may be a better one. There is I think a role for this page as an "overview" page, in addition to document-specific pages, explaining how the documents relate etc, who is controlling them in this age of privatised railways etc. Thoughts on the title though? What on earth does this mean?[edit]

"Additionally, there exist the UK railway by-laws, which exist under the Transport Act 2000. [13]. It is noted for beginning with item 1 as "queuing"; both the existence of bylaws on the subject, and their prominent placement, being seen as typical of Britain in some quarters."15:44, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
