Mark! Original research or not, that's a good job by you! I wish i had a direct line to Robin Trower like you. (In fact, I'm going to see him play, yet again, tomorrow night in Philadelphia ( 3/12/08).) There must be some way you can post that Bridge of Sighs info in the article. This sentence strikes me as not up to standards: "The album may have been named after the Bridge of Sighs in Venice, Italy"........as this is an encyclopedia, was it or wasn't it? Rodney420 (talk) 15:00, 4 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, this is original research, so I can't post it in the article, but I sent Robin Trower's agent the question and here is the exchange:

Hi Derek The answer to the Bridge of Sighs question is Yes and No! One day reading the sports pages of the newspaper there was a headline saying Bridge of Sighs to win................. Obviously the horse was named after the bridge in Venice but when I saw the headline, I immediately thought what a great song title that would be. Cheers for now. r.

Singles[edit]

How about adding an infobox for the singles from each Trower album, or at least listing them in the article? Release Date[edit]

The listed release date of April 20 is too late. As occurs all too often, someone has used the date of the Billboard issue in which it first made the Top LP's chart as the release date. It was reviewed in the April 13 issue, which was on sale April 6. So the album was released before April 6, possibly as early as March 1974. PatConolly (talk) 06:13, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
