Brian BrandtBrian Brandt (engineer) – I am creating an article about another individual named Brian Brandt, and I would like to disambiguate. JeremyBrandt76 (talk) 18:30, 20 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Normally, I believe we would first create the other article and then worry about disambiguation rather than preemptively disambiguating. Based on your username and the fact that you have disclosed being a paid editor on Wikipedia, I would also suggest that you consider whether you have a WP:Conflict of interest and whether the person you want to write an article about meets the WP:Notability criteria. I also suggest considering the Wikipedia:Articles for creation path. —BarrelProof (talk) 20:35, 20 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose as premature, especially since we don't even know who the other Brian Brandt is. If and when that article is written and exists for a reasonable period, this proposal may well make sense, since the current article gets very few views. Station1 (talk) 07:11, 21 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose as premature. Until the new Brian Brandt article is written we do not know which individual is the most popularly searched for. Also we do not know if your new Brian Brandt article will survive. -Lopifalko (talk) 10:01, 21 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose per above. Create the article first, then we can consider relative notability. PC78 (talk) 15:58, 21 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
