Genre[edit]

It's not clear to me what the genre of this film is. Is it a comedy? Simply putting that word into the intro would be sufficient.

Richard Corliss review[edit]

Richard Corliss's review in Time magazine is inaccessible unless one is a subscriber. Can anyone who has a log-in take a look at it and add some quotes from his review. The ref. template was already in the reception section

<ref>{{cite web | author=Richard Corliss | title=Cinema: Greed Screed Brewster's Millions | url=http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,957764,00.html | work=[[Time (magazine)|Time]] | date=1985-06-03 | accessdate=2010-11-08}}</ref>

but I removed it, as it is pointless to have a ref. with no content. ---The Old JacobiteThe '45 13:35, 31 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Production/location details[edit]

There's been a bit of a disagreement about whether the production/location details should be included in this article, as added here. TheOldJacobite (talk · contribs) has removed it partially because of "inadequate refs". The included reference is from the LA Times which I would say is sufficient. Please discuss (politely) here, as I would like to see a reason for it not being included. violet/riga [talk] 21:29, 7 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Times article looked irrelevant at first glance, because it was all about the baseball park being demolished. A second look showed a brief mention of Brewster's Millions being filmed there, so I restored it. ---The Old JacobiteThe '45 14:29, 8 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Brewster had a choice between the full inheritance challenge or taking $1 Million upfront.

If Brewster punched Warren before Angela found out, she wouldn't have defended Brewster and he would've lost the inheritance.
